Cyclect Receives Safety Award from MSD International for 250,000 LTI-Free Man-Hours

MSD International recognised Cyclect with a safety award for achieving 250,000 LTI-free man-hours across two pharmaceutical capital projects, with the client project manager formally commending Cyclect's execution and indicating future engagement.

MSD International GmbH presented Cyclect Group with a safety award recognising the team’s achievement of 250,000 lost-time injury-free man-hours across the HCV034 and HCI capital projects in 2011.

The award was part of MSD’s GES Capital Project recognition programme, which evaluates contractor performance against safety, schedule, and quality criteria. Cyclect’s team was responsible for electrical and instrumentation works across both projects at MSD’s Singapore pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Puneet Puri, MSD’s project manager for HCV034, provided a formal testimonial noting that Cyclect’s planning and execution enabled the project to meet its milestone commitments and deliver a quality facility, and that the team had taken on additional scope activities to support the broader project team. He stated that he would engage Cyclect for future capital projects based on the team’s performance.

The recognition is significant in the context of pharmaceutical manufacturing, where safety and quality standards are among the most stringent across any industrial sector. It reflects Cyclect’s capability to perform in GMP-adjacent environments and to maintain discipline across extended, complex project lifecycles.
