Cyclect served as the electrical engineering and installation partner for Coldplay’s sold-out performances at the Singapore Sports Hub, attended by 50,000 fans across two nights. The concert was Coldplay’s fourth and largest Singapore engagement.
Cyclect’s scope covered the full electrical infrastructure for the event — including power distribution for stage production, lighting rigs, audio systems, and the LED wristband technology worn by audience members, which synchronised with the music to create coordinated lighting effects across the stadium.
Large-scale live events of this type require electrical planning that accommodates rapid load changes, redundant power routing for safety-critical systems, and compressed installation timelines dictated by venue availability. Cyclect’s team completed all works within the operational window required by the event production schedule.
The group has provided electrical engineering services for a range of major concerts and live events in Singapore, including performances by Mariah Carey, Jason Mraz, and JJ Lin. This track record in events delivery complements Cyclect’s broader portfolio in commercial and entertainment venues, including ongoing work at the Singapore Sports Hub and Gardens by the Bay.
