The Singapore Ministry of Law awarded Cyclect Facilities Management the Integrated Facilities Management contract for the Ministry’s offices, including its public-facing service centre.
Cyclect’s scope covers mechanical and electrical system maintenance, cleaning services, and the upkeep of visitor-facing areas to standards appropriate for a government facility receiving members of the public daily.
Cyclect Facilities Management brings an established track record of government IFM delivery to this engagement, with prior and concurrent mandates including the Attorney-General’s Chambers, Prime Minister’s Office, IRAS Revenue House, and Singapore Food Agency. The Ministry of Law contract adds to this portfolio of public sector facility management responsibilities, each carrying its own standards for security, cleanliness, and operational continuity.
