Cyclect Awarded Five-Year IFM Contract by Attorney-General’s Chambers

The Attorney-General's Chambers awarded Cyclect Facilities Management a five-year IFM contract covering mechanical, electrical, cleaning, and stewarding services, selected from a formally shortlisted group of providers.

Chemicrete Enterprise (now operating as Cyclect Facilities Management) was awarded a five-year Integrated Facilities Management contract by the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) in Singapore, selected from a formally shortlisted group of FM service providers.

The contract scope covers mechanical and electrical maintenance, cleaning, and stewarding services across the AGC’s premises. As a senior legal institution of the Singapore government, the AGC requires a facilities management partner capable of maintaining strict operational standards, security protocols, and service continuity without interruption to its legal functions.

Cyclect Facilities Management committed to deploying Smart Facilities Management solutions across the engagement, including digital job reporting systems, 3D-scanner technologies for asset condition monitoring, and IoT-enabled sensors that allow real-time performance data to inform maintenance scheduling and response prioritisation.

The five-year tenure reflects the AGC’s assessment of Cyclect as a partner capable of sustaining quality delivery over an extended contractual period — a standard that is particularly relevant in government facility management, where procurement processes are rigorous and transition costs for underperforming contractors are significant.
