The Singapore Ministry of Law awarded Cyclect Facilities Management a second term of the Integrated Facilities Management contract for the Ministry’s offices and public service centre.
The renewal follows a first term during which Cyclect was responsible for mechanical and electrical system maintenance, cleaning, and operational upkeep of the Ministry’s premises — including facilities that receive members of the public daily. A second-term award by a government client reflects satisfactory performance across the preceding contract period and confidence in the provider’s ability to sustain delivery standards across an extended engagement.
Tan Ee Wei, Executive Director, noted: “We appreciate the trust and confidence placed in our team to continue providing high-quality facility management services to government entities.” The renewal adds to Cyclect’s established track record of repeat government contracts, spanning mandates including the Prime Minister’s Office, Attorney-General’s Chambers, IRAS Revenue House, and Singapore Food Agency.
