Cyclect was awarded a three-year contract renewal to continue providing specialist electrical and roustabout construction services for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix, with Singapore Airlines as the event’s new title sponsor.
The renewal followed Cyclect’s sustained performance across multiple editions of the race, during which the team was responsible for electrical infrastructure across the Marina Bay Street Circuit — including the pit building, pit straight, media centres, marquees, VIP race suites, Paddock Club, F1 Village, and Padang stadium areas.
Cyclect also managed ad-hoc construction of temporary infrastructure, including media centres and the race-winner podium. The compressed four-month installation window for each year’s race requires the team to plan, procure, install, test, and commission the full electrical scope on a temporary street circuit that operates under live traffic for most of the year.
The three-year renewal provided Cyclect with a contracted revenue stream across a high-profile annual event and reinforced its standing as the established electrical services partner for one of the most commercially visible events in Singapore’s international calendar.
