Cyclect Electrical Engineering received the Excellent Health, Safety and Environment Performance award from Chemical Specialties Pte Ltd for the second consecutive year, recognising the team’s consistent safety record at the client’s Jurong Island process manufacturing facility.
The consecutive recognition reflects ongoing commitment to disciplined HSE management rather than a single-project result. Lead Manager Mr. Muthu Palanivelu accepted the award, noting that the team maintained zero lost-time injuries across the engagement period while sustaining full operational continuity for the client’s facility.
Cyclect’s approach included rigorous pre-task planning, regular safety briefings, adherence to ISO 18001 occupational health and safety management standards, and close coordination with the client’s site safety officers. In a Jurong Island process manufacturing environment — where contractor safety performance directly affects site operating permits and client reputational risk — sustained HSE recognition carries substantive weight as a reference.
