Cyclect highlighted the inaugural SUSS-UOB-SMF Global Leadership Symposium, jointly organised by the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), UOB, and the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF).
The symposium is themed around “Engaging, Enabling, Empowering Talents and Organisations for New Times” — addressing how business leaders and institutions can develop and retain talent as the operating environment for Singapore companies undergoes structural change.
The event brought together senior practitioners and thought leaders to examine leadership approaches relevant to Singapore’s manufacturing and industrial sectors, which face simultaneous pressures of workforce transformation, technology adoption, and sustainability transition.
Cyclect’s engagement with SMF and events of this nature reflects its active participation in Singapore’s manufacturing industry community beyond its core engineering mandates — supporting capability development, policy dialogue, and sector advocacy across the industries it serves.
