Before joining Cyclect, Chemicrete was a major player in Singapore’s building chemical industry, widely recognized for its quality adhesives used in the construction of HDB homes for over two decades.
This foundational role in Singapore’s housing development underscored Chemicrete’s strong reputation in the market. By the time of acquisition, Chemicrete had also established itself as a facilities management leader, fulfilling a high-profile Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract for the Ministry of Defence’s West Zone, which encompassed approximately 1,500 assets.
Acquiring Chemicrete allowed Cyclect to integrate IFM expertise, positioning it to offer a full lifecycle of solutions across both private and public sectors. Rebranded as Cyclect Facilities Management in 2022, Chemicrete’s legacy and expertise continue to support Cyclect’s commitment to quality and innovation.
