Chemicrete Enterprises Pte Ltd was renamed Cyclect Facilities Management Pte Ltd with effect from 20 April 2022, formalising its identity as the facility management entity within the Cyclect Group.
The rebrand follows Chemicrete’s acquisition by Cyclect in 2010 and reflects the subsidiary’s full integration into the group’s operational and governance structure. Cyclect Facilities Management retains the service capabilities, client relationships, and staff that Chemicrete brought to the group — including its government facility management contracts and expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance services across institutional and commercial properties.
Melvin Tan, Managing Director of Cyclect Group, confirmed that the change in name carries no impact on ongoing or forthcoming contracts, management structure, or operational procedures. The rebranding was communicated directly to clients and partners in advance of the effective date to ensure continuity.
The renamed entity provides clients with a clearer connection to the broader Cyclect Group — its engineering capabilities, financial standing, and group-wide quality systems — while preserving the service continuity and staff relationships that characterise established facility management engagements.
