MUIS and Warees Investments Award Integrated Facility Management Contract to Cyclect

MUIS and Warees Investments appointed Cyclect as the integrated facility manager for their Singapore property portfolio, covering operational maintenance and occupant services for mosque and community assets.

Cyclect Group was awarded the Integrated Facility Management Services contract by the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) and its property subsidiary, Warees Investments, making Cyclect the appointed facility manager for the portfolio of MUIS-affiliated properties in Singapore.

MUIS is the highest Islamic authority in Singapore, responsible for the administration of Muslim affairs and the development of the local Muslim community. The assets managed under this mandate include mosques and community properties that serve a large constituency, requiring facility management standards that are operationally sound and sensitive to the functions the buildings serve.

Cyclect Facilities Management’s team is responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance, systems upkeep, and supporting tenant and occupant services across the portfolio. Tan Ee Wei, Executive Director of Cyclect Holdings, noted the group’s commitment to maintaining the highest quality of service and ensuring the sustainability of the assets under management.

The contract reflects the confidence of a major religious institution and statutory body in Cyclect’s operational competence — a relevant reference point for clients assessing the group’s track record in managing diverse, community-facing institutional facilities.
