Cyclect Electrical Engineering completed electrical works at the Singapore Sports Hub, a 35-hectare public-private partnership anchored by the new National Stadium and the existing Singapore Indoor Stadium. The development also incorporates an aquatics centre, indoor sports hall, water sports centre, and retail facilities.
The project was technically demanding in terms of scale, scheduling, and site coordination, given the concurrent construction activities across multiple facilities and the complexity of electrical systems required for a major sports venue serving large public gatherings and broadcast operations.
Cyclect’s scope covered the electrical installation and systems integration works across the development, carried out under conditions requiring close adherence to safety protocols and coordination with the principal contractor. The team completed works to schedule and to the standards required for a facility of national significance.
The Singapore Sports Hub became one of the largest sports and entertainment venues in Southeast Asia upon opening. Cyclect’s involvement added a high-profile public infrastructure reference to its project portfolio.
